180-Day Warranty
We take pride in our quality control and craftsmanship. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 180-day warranty covering hidden defects such as tarnishing, loose stones, or structural issues.
- Within 7 Days: You may return your order (fully or partially) for any reason.
- Within 14 Days: We provide refunds for defective items after reviewing a photo of the issue.
- Within 180 Days: We cover hidden defects only, such as tarnishing, loose stones, or structural issues.
Important: Customers must inspect their items upon delivery. Claims for obvious defects must be made within 7 days; hidden defects are accepted after this period.
Return Policy
We value sustainability and encourage mindful purchasing. If you are unsatisfied with your order:
- Contact us within 7 days at info@zemarajewelry.com with photos of the item and an explanation.
- Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note: Custom-made and sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
